CHILDREN'S SUMMER ACADEMY

August 3-7, 2026
9am-12pm

An introductory theatre camp for incoming 2nd-5th grade students. During the week, students learn the basic skills of acting, improvisation, movement, and dance. The camp culminates in a performance on Friday, August 7 from 10:30-11 am.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PERFORMANCE CAMP

A performance camp for incoming 6th through 8th grade students. Students will work in various aspects of theatre craft including acting, improvisation, comedy,  movement, tech, and costuming. Students will participate in a final production of a series of vignettes on Friday, August 7 from 2:30-3:30 pm.
HIGH SCHOOL
​PRODUCTION CAMP

July 20-23, 2026
8:30am-3:30pm

Incoming 9th grade through graduating 12th grade high school students can partake in a “24-Hour Play” where we will log a total of 24 hours in order to create a show completely from scratch. Students will learn essential theatre skills while building up to a one-time performance on July 23rd at 6pm.


SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS

The Wildcat Theatre Academy is looking for high school student assistants during the week of Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 7th.  During the week, assistants will work with an academy instructor teaching acting, improvisation, body movement, and dance to elementary and middle school students in grades 2 through 8. Assistants must possess strong leadership and communication skills and must enjoy working with kids.

To be considered for a position, please apply by Friday, May 22nd. This is a volunteer position; filing out an application does not guarantee involvement. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email.
